Payment Policy for Luxury Mobile Home

PAYMENT POLICY

Here’s how payments work, what options are available, and what to expect if a payment is late, returned, or needs to be discussed with the team.

This applies to rent, deposits, utilities, service-related charges, and any other approved payments connected to your agreement.

HOW YOU CAN PAY

There are several ways to make a payment.

Credit or Debit Card

Card payments can be made through the secure online payment portal.

Bank Transfer

ACH and EFT transfers are accepted for approved payments.

Checks

Personal checks and cashier’s checks may be accepted, depending on the type of payment. Some charges, especially initial payments, may require a cashier’s check or money order.

Money Orders

Money orders are accepted for a range of payment types.

Secure Payment Links

In some cases, a secure payment link may be sent through the designated payment processor.

Cash is generally not accepted for rent or deposits unless a specific arrangement has been approved in advance.

WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE

Payment dates are set by the lease or service agreement tied to your home or account.

That includes things like:

  • monthly rent

  • utilities

  • deposits

  • service fees

  • other charges listed in your agreement

It’s your responsibility to make sure payments are sent on time.

LATE PAYMENTS

If payment comes in after the due date, late fees may apply based on the terms of your agreement.

Missing a deadline more than once can lead to further action under the lease and any applicable laws. If something is going to delay payment, it’s better to raise it early rather than let it sit.

RETURNED OR FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment is returned or fails to go through, an additional fee may be charged.

That can happen with:

  • NSF checks

  • failed bank transfers

  • declined or incomplete transactions

Any balance that remains unpaid after a failed payment is still due.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Online payments are processed through secure third-party platforms that use encrypted systems to protect financial information.

Sensitive card and bank details are not stored directly on site servers for standard online transactions.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once a payment is successful, a confirmation or receipt is usually sent by email, either through the payment processor or directly from the business.

Keep that confirmation for your records in case you need to refer back to it later.

UPDATES TO THIS PAGE

Payment procedures can change from time to time. When they do, this page will be updated and the effective date will be revised to match.
